FMYCP Programs
Our programs are structured using standard project and change management strategies in order to effectively implement and manage change in the school environment and beyond. The content of our program focuses on the entire range of skill set necessary to become informed, active and responsible citizens.  Pragmatic and modern solutions communicated by contemporary methods and state-of-the-art tools are essential for the personal development of youth.  The development and promotion of civic engagement opportunities progress responsible civic participation.

CONTENT TAG TEAM

The content tag team in partnership with the Advisory Board and the SMEs is responsible for the development & validation of professional content to educate on cyber & civic issues related topics and promote responisble civic participation.

IMPLEMENTATION & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Tag Team is responsible for general project management, utilizing Prince II PM and standard Change Management techniques used in the private sector.  
 
The object of the Project Management Team is to facilitate:
  • Starting up a project
  • Initiating a project
  • Directing a project
  • Controlling project stages and KPI's
  • Managing deliverables
  • Managing scope and boundaries
  • Closing & handing over a project
The objective of the Project Management Office is to aid existing projects by coordinating and managing tasks where applicable such as:

Cyber Legislation Lobby
The Foundation takes an active role to develop policies and procedures for organizations addressing any of the areas and topics included in Responsible Digital Citizenship.
 
The Foundation advocates responsible legislation on actions in the cyber environment.  The Foundation acts as an advocate of issues such as:
 
  • Digital access
  • Freedom of speech
  • Protecting digital privacy
  • Open source solutions
  • Copyright protection
  • Prompting and advocating new legislation for unique situations in the cyber environment, while ensuring the protection of those rights which are protected in the real world

YOUTH EVENTS & EDUCATION PROGRAMS

The Foundation creates, hosts and manages youth-targeted events and education programs which incorporate any of the Responsible Digital Citizenship content and promote responsible Civic Participation and informed, responsible and active citizenship.
 
In aiding the foundation's mission and objectives, FMYCP hosts events, activities and promotional campaigns such as:
